- The 100% money back guarantee is only for the website with a value of up to $599 + GST. Additional services chosen do not fall under the money back guarantee.
- Payment of $599 + GST is required before starting the project. Once payment has been made, full terms apply.
- The site will be delivered within 2 weeks, with an additional 2 weeks for you to provide any feedback. If feedback is not received in that time, there are no refunds, and changes may be chargeable as an extra. We understand there can be legitimate circumstances that block being able to provide feedback in this timeframe. These will be considered to negate this clause, although not if 'the dog ate your homework' :)
- Any extra services chosen cannot be refunded once any work on these has commenced.
- All payments must be made in full before the site can go live.
- Once the site is approved even within the 4 weeks, the money cannot be refunded.
- One round of changes are included in the website build cost. The one round of changes is only prior to the site being approved. Any additional changes after that are charged at $140 + GST. That is whether the change is a few words, or all content on all pages.
- If the money back guarantee is enforced by you the client, you give up any right to the site or imagery and may no longer use any of these. Any ownership passes back to Quantum. Any imagery or content you have provided us with still remains your own property.
- The website quoted on is built on a CMS platform called Limecube which hosts your website and allows you to manage your own content or pass to another web designer if you wish to look after this yourself. A LImecube site cannot be hosted anywhere else, however their low monthly fee which includes all technology updates makes their costs as extremely low.
- Any third-party services used for building your website come with their own terms and conditions. We are not legally liable for any loss or damage that occurs while transacting with such third-party services. Our $599 website package uses third-party services like Google services, domain purchase, stock images, and hosting. You should be aware of the third-party conditions for full transparency.
